I deliver personalised coaching and programming that focuses on strength, speed and/or power activities. Programmes are aligned to your specific goals and designed to enhance your performance through strength training. Coaching is gym-based and/or sport-based.

Why me?

As an endurance athlete and strength coach, I have a deep understanding of the integration of strength and endurance training to ensure you are gaining the most adaptation for your efforts. The delicate balance between aerobic and strength training is often a real barrier to endurance athletes; with my guidance this is no longer the case.
