Cycling Coaching

In a nutshell

I’ll design and deliver a personalised training programme that focuses on your performance goals. The programme will be bespoke to you and consist of periodised training activities that put you in the best possible place to achieve your goal. Coaching is delivered online via Training Peaks and Intervals.icu.

 

Who’s it for?

Anyone who has a performance goal in their sport – for all riders, from beginner to elite. You do not need any specific equipment (power meter, etc). This goal could be:

  • Improving race performance

  • Completing your sportive or 100 mile ride

  • Improve Zwift racing performance

  • Improve your time trialling ability

  • Increase anaerobic threshold

  • Improve your resistance to fatigue

  • Reduced injury risk through effective monitoring of your training

  • Improve VO2max
